In the field of fluid measurement, in order to facilitate data analysis and process the data collection system, it is usually necessary to convert physical signals (pressure, flow, temperature, etc.) into electrical signals (current, voltage, etc.). Dynamic pressure sensors are one of many applications that help improve system performance and product life. The dynamic pressure sensor is briefly described from the following aspects:


Difference between dynamic pressure sensor and transmitter: the output signal is usually called early signal, such as MV signal, which is called sensor. Based on the initial signal, the signal filter performs noise reduction and amplification processing, and the output standard signal (4 ~ 20mA, 0 ~ 5V, etc.) is the transmitter. In the industrial field, the names of pressure sensor and pressure transmitter are usually mixed, usually referring to the pressure transmitter that outputs standard signal. Some professional fields specify the signal output type to ensure the original state of the data.


Clear pressure measurement method and pressure type


Measureent method:


Gauge pressure measurement: the reference pressure of the sensor is based on the local air pressure, which is also the most commonly used measurement method for the communication between the cavity and the atmosphere.


Solar term measurement: unable to communicate with the atmosphere at present. For example, altitude cannot be measured by measuring local atmospheric pressure. This measurement method is based on vacuum zero.


Differential pressure measurement: in other words, the pressure difference between the two pressure gauges needs to be clear about which of the two measurement points is greater and what is the maximum pressure.
