How to solve the problem of dynamic pressure sensor

With the development of modernization and the combination of sensor technology and computer technology, dynamic pressure sensor is developing towards intelligence, automation, low cost and miniaturization. The air pressure telemetry system is composed of terminal equipment and line equipment (pressure sensor, the terminal equipment is located in the local office, and its function is to supply power to the line equipment), which automatically measures, displays and prints the air pressure value of the cable. The line equipment is located on the line, and its function is to convert gender into electrical signal and send it to the terminal equipment. Line equipment is the main means to obtain air pressure information and plays an important role in air pressure telemetry system. Therefore, the quality and accuracy of line equipment are directly related to reducing maintenance workload and simplifying air pressure inspection process. How to solve the problem of dynamic pressure sensor?






(1) Check the air circuit of the cable.




(2) The air pressure is measured by electronic means, which makes the control of inflation state at the line boundary more complete and continuous.




(3) The gas leakage point can be estimated in advance from both dynamic and static aspects.




(4) Determine the time change of the pressure in the cable, so that the inflation time can be estimated, that is, when there is a negative variable, the reduction can be determined in advance, so as to determine the final pressure value and corresponding diffusion time of the fault section of the pressure sensor.




Then the correct installation method of dynamic pressure sensor is as follows:




We need to determine the specific installation position of the pressure sensor. In order to determine the number and specific installation position of pressure sensors, we need to consider each inflation part of the inflation net.




(1) For cables without branches, since the baseline cable procedures are consistent, the installation interval of pressure sensors shall not be greater than 500m, and the total number shall not be less than 4.




(2) In order to determine the fault point of the dynamic pressure sensor, in addition to installing the pressure sensor at the starting point, another pressure sensor shall be installed 150 ~ 200m away from the starting point. Of course, economic and technical factors must be considered in the design. There is no need to install pressure sensors where they are not needed.




(3) The pressure sensor must be installed along the cable and at the cable joint.




(4) Each cable shall be equipped with at least 4 pressure sensors, and the distance between two pressure sensors close to the telephone office shall not exceed 200 meters.




(5) Install one cable at the beginning and end of each cable.




(6) One branch point shall be installed for each cable. If two branch points are close to each other (less than 100m), only one branch point can be installed.




(7) When the cable laying mode (overhead and underground) is changed, a cable shall be installed




(8) Verify the frequency response value of the pressure sensor under normal atmospheric pressure and standard temperature with appropriate instruments.




(9) Verify the correctness of the code of the pressure sensor and the corresponding frequency response signal.




With the production of pneumatic telemetry equipment, dynamic pressure sensors are also used in cables. For the normal operation of the whole barometric telemetry system, the dynamic pressure sensor needs to match and work together with the barometric telemetry equipment. From the perspective of air pressure telemetry system, there are two working modes: "line selection plus point selection" and "line selection". Then, if the pressure sensor fails, we must refer to a reasonable solution, so as to better eliminate the problem. Then the problem can be better solved at some time.
